These terms govern the booking and use of Class Transfer's private chauffeur services in Morocco. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team (WhatsApp, email or SMS) mentioning the price, vehicle, driver and pickup details.

Pricing

All prices are all-inclusive: driver, fuel, tolls, meet & greet and up to sixty minutes of complimentary waiting time at airports. No surge pricing is applied.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than twenty-four hours before pickup are free. Later cancellations may incur a fee up to the full ride price for no-shows.

Conduct

Smoking and consumption of open food or beverages that may damage the vehicle are not permitted. Passengers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear.
